Agreement to these terms
By using this site or buying the Stenviax Portable Bottle Warmer Pro from us directly, you agree to these terms. If you buy through Amazon instead, Amazon's own terms govern that purchase.
Orders and payment
Prices on this site are shown in US dollars and do not include tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept an order once payment is confirmed, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil, for example if a finish is out of stock.
Product safety
The Bottle Warmer Pro heats liquid for an infant to drink. Always check the temperature of milk or formula before feeding, supervise the warmer while it is in use, and follow the setup, cleaning and safety instructions in the manual that ships with it. Do not rely on any single device, including this one, as a substitute for checking the temperature yourself and watching your baby during feeding.
The empty-chamber detection and E2 alert are safety features, not a guarantee against every failure. If the warmer behaves unexpectedly, stop using it and contact support@stenviax.com.
Intellectual property
The Stenviax name, logo and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use our brand assets or copy substantial parts of this site without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the product or this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived, including consumer protections in your state.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email support@stenviax.com first. Most issues are easier to resolve directly than through a formal process, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
