Lock
Push the lock up and press it to release the lid. Press it down and the lid is secured, which is what keeps the warmer from leaking in a bag.
Seal
Closed, the lid covers the whole 17 oz chamber, and the slider keeps it that way while the warmer is in a bag.
Pour
Warm it, slide the lock, pour. The same open mouth takes the 149 °F clean cycle afterwards.

More heating power than the two travel warmers beside it

Both are cordless, like this one. Ours heats at 120 W against their 85 W and 115 W, and heating power is what decides how long you stand there holding it.

Questions

Eight quick answers. The longer set, the manual and the contact form are on the support page.

About 70 seconds for 4 oz of breast milk to 98 °F, and about 2 minutes for 6 oz of water to 110 °F. Both times are measured from refrigerator temperature at a full charge.

Both. Choose a milk mode at 92, 95 or 98 °F for breast milk, which the manual caps at 98 °F. Choose a water mode between 98 and 122 °F to heat the water you mix formula into.

It stops and shows E2 instead of heating. Pour milk or water in and the code clears on its own.

Rinse the chamber and the lid with clean or mildly soapy water as soon as you have poured, then separate the lid and the silicone parts and stand the warmer upside down to drain. It never goes in water and never goes in a dishwasher, so the buttons and the charging port are wiped with a damp cloth instead.

Pressing the milk and water buttons together starts pasteurisation at 149 °F for 20 minutes. It runs on the chamber itself and on anything small enough to sit inside it, and the pasteurisation symbol stays lit until the 20 minutes are up.

About 50 minutes from empty to full, on the 45 W PD adapter and the braided USB-C cable that come in the box. The warmer takes 5 V at 3 A over USB-C, and a different adapter will still charge it.

The chamber holds 17 oz, or 500 ml, in food-grade 316L stainless steel. Milk warms in the chamber and pours straight into your bottle.

Five things: the warmer, a 45 W PD fast-charging adapter, a braided high-speed USB-C cable, the user manual and a quick start guide.
