What we collect
When you buy directly from this site, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, shipping and billing address, email address and order details from Stripe so we can fulfil and support your order. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that.
When you use the contact form on the support page, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter. That message is delivered to our support inbox through Resend, the email service we use to send and receive support mail.
We do not currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated first to say what was added and why.
How we use it
We use order information to send you the warmer you bought and to answer questions about that order. We use contact-form messages to answer your question. We do not use either for marketing unless you separately opt in to hear from us, and we do not currently have a marketing list.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We share it only with the services that need it to do their job (Stripe for payment, Resend for email) under their own privacy and security terms.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@stenviax.com. We will respond as quickly as we can. Deleting the information tied to a completed order may limit our ability to help with a question about that order later.
Children's privacy
This site is written for parents and caregivers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the contact form and checkout are intended for adult use.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle your information changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
